DAYS 29-32

This weekend was Ben and Nat's visit to NY. I hate hiding behind this excuse for not following my meal plan, but frankly it was just too hard. We ate out almost every meal and it got too difficult to keep track. I did continue with my protein milks, but I know I didn't eat anywhere near where I should. This following a recent weighing-in I did last Saturday only to find out my weight is EXACTLY the same as it was 30 days ago. I just need to eat more. At least I worked out again Saturday.

The plan will resume tomorrow. God willing.
